im not familiar about the vitamin water, but i’ll go for the gatorade, as i observed, when im having my exercise, if i drink gatorade, it seems like i didn’t drink at all, it didn’t make my body heavy, it’s like it’s easily absorbed replace loss of water
(when im running, jumping, and have drunk water before doing it, even 1/8 of the bottle, you’ll feel pain near your stomach, but in gatorade i don’t)
